David Sadler was born in southwest Oklahoma and raise in southwestern Oklahoma and north Texas. He is an Army National Guard veteran with a love of horses and fishing. After struggling for years with alcohol and pain killers, he found a way to heal through writing. With every word, he gives thanks to his late mother, Linda, and his litter sister, Paula, both gone way too soon, and his baby sister, Katrina, who is his biggest supporter.
